Julie Burns has had a really interesting career, starting as an Office Junior in 1988, to her current role at Glasgow Caledonian University.
We talk to Julie about her career journey and why she made some of the decisions she made, to what makes her really tick at work and in life.
Julie also gives her thoughts on what we need to do as a profession to attract the younger generations, recruitment and confidence for those already in a business support role.
