Welcome to Episode 15, This week we are going to talk about what we should know before we go Keto!Also known as the Ketogenic Diet, is a very very low carb, a high-fat diet that has pretty much replaced the Atkins Diet. So even though some of the publications we see out there elude to that mind frame, it is not good on your body, or for the lady’s; with our hormones to be on high fat, very low carb diet for an extended period. Also, the supplement side of things…while cheating the system might work for a little while, again not a good long-term solution. Be smart about what you put in your body. If man scientifically made it and there is no reason you should be taking it medically speaking.
