Hello dear listeners! Season's Greetings from the Austen Archives! We know we said we would start Pride and Prejudice this week, and we kind of did, but the episode on the 1940 movie starring Greer Garson and Laurence Olivier will take place next time! This week, we're looking at the musical Austen's Pride, which both Jules and I saw in Seattle not too long ago. We figured it was a cute kind of bonus episode to do over the holidays, so listen in as we talk about Jane Austen's life, the way our favorite characters from Pride and Prejudice translate into something like a musical, and how the actors in this were doing THE MOST.
