The ACH Podcast is a show about Autistic Adults and their careers. The Autistic Creative Hub celebrate Autism Acceptance Month each year with projects that educate about Autism and help Autistic people. This year, ACH member 'Sheepdog' is interviewing a variety of Autistic Adults about their careers. How they found them, how being Autistic affects their work and what support they've used to maintain their careers. Unemployment is a huge struggle for autistic adults and our hope is that by showcasing the careers that some autistics thrive in, others may find an idea that meets their needs.

Today's episode features Kevin Chapman, a Youtuber who has also worked as both a Teacher and Financial Advisor before turning his interest in the game Football Manager into a full time job. We talk about how Kevin started his career as a teen, his early aspirations and what motivated him to do the various jobs he had prior to becoming a qualified teacher. What teaching was like as an autistic person surrounded by neurotypical colleagues and then onto leaving that behind for a life of gaming, streaming and vlogging for over 7 years.
