Today I want to talk to you about this thing called Discomfort Avoidance and how it affects how you relationships are able to grow and evolve with the people you care about. Out of all the skills I’ve learned in the last decade, there’s one that stands apart from the rest as the most valuable: learning to be comfortable with discomfort. It’s the one skill you can learn that will make everything else in life easier. You can begin to master things that you struggle with. Things like procrastination, exercise, diet will become easier to master and you can begin to live your life with more meaning and purpose.
