Dakota Keays-Clark is a results driven Sports Performance Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University. He bases his philosophy on optimizing human movement, focused on injury prevention strategies and comprehensive program design. His athletic background and experience in sports psychology has shaped a well rounded scientific approach to improve performance physically and psychologically. Dakota has experience training athletes of all ages and sports including Arizona’s #1 ranked Women’s Junior tennis player, Junior lacrosse, and hockey players, amateur and professional golfers, high school and Division 1 basketball, volleyball, and football players, and professional baseball and soccer athletes. His experience and coaching methods are proven to be effective techniques to enhance performance creating healthy lifestyle changes to achieve his clients specific goals.

In Part One, we check in with DK in late November of 2019 and where he was during this time period of his life. In Part Two, we check in and see where he is currently and some of his training philosophies.
