July 11, 2011- After a two week break to celebrate our host and our country, we are back with a brand new show and a brand new band that you should know, Shytown! You also never know who might be calling in or hanging out in the studio with us! Shytown is a Pop/Rap/Rhythmic duo that consists of Eric "EJ" Johnson and Danny Jacobson. Hailing from Chicago, they formed after B96's music director, Erik Bradley, arranged for an introduction. After moving to Los Angeles, they got to down to work, writing, producing, recording, and performing nonstop â?? including a set at this summer's B96's famous BBash. This May, Shytown released their first EP, Single Again, produced by Aben Eubanks. With homepage support from iTunes, exclusive performances on Ustream and Live Stream, and non-stop touring, Shytown continue to keep an ear to the streets and a foot in the game.
