10:14pm - As promised, after sitting in with the Embedded Correspondents last week (at his request), Sam The Cooking Guy back it up for a repeat appearance this Tuesday in his normal 2nd hour segment. Tonight we talk about the St. Louis Slinger, other STL dishes, how book sales are going, what grill he uses the most and what advice he gives people when they are looking to buy a grill.

10:35pm - Closing the show tonight is the first "cigar brand" interview I have done to date (but not the last). Jeremy Ellis, territory manager for Micallef Cigars, joins me tonight to talk about their brand. You might recall that their Micallef Black line has been hugely successful this past year, including being named 2023 cigar of the year for the Cigar Authority Podcast. Jeremy will tell us how he got into the cigar industry, the history if Micallef and what makes them unique amongst many other cigar brands, what makes the Micallef Black so good and what can we expect new from the brand over the next handful of months.
