Taking you back to 4/29/2008 - Being featured is a guy that was a staple in may BBQ forums back in the day. A Firefighter by profession and a long time BBQ guy, Bill Small talks about the event he was running back then. Unlike present day, where this event would undoubtedly be sanctioned right off the bat, KCBS told him to go pound salt his first year and...and while they wouldn't sanction the event, they told him to run it "as close to a KCBS evet" as possible. My, how things have changed!

Ready to make a “BEST OF” show all your own?? Email Jon Solberg and let him know what you would like to hear on a future episode! As always, thank you for listening!
