Economics PhD scholar turned Life Coach, Xavier Dagba, joins the Beautiful Grit Podcast this week. Xavier shares his personal story about leaving his home country in Cameroon on a PhD scholarship to Montreal, the dark night of the ego, and eventually answering the inner calling that led him to completely shift his career path.
