Joining the podcast this week is speaker, coach, and retreat leader Hilary Phelps. She shares the grit of becoming sober 16 years ago and how that opened many new doors and experiences. She reveals what inspired her to openly talk about her journey and her holistic path to recovery. Hilary also opens up about her childhood, life as a college athlete and how perfectionism played a key role.
