Curiosity and dedication lead Daniel, Iker, Ignacio and Juan-Manuel Torres from limited brewing supplies and climbing inflation in Caracas, Venezuela to starting a large scale brewing operation near Miami.
We talk with Juan, the Production Manager of Tripping Animals Brewing about brewing in Venezuela, moving with his friends to Miami and sharing his culture in the beers he brews.
To me, Juan and his friends show what beer is meant to be.
