Key Takeaways
- The Enneagram is a personality tool made up of nine different archetypes that help understand people's motivations behind their decision making. Each type is based on a specific motivation, and the Enneagram is a way to understand how people work and how to relate to them based on their motivation.
- The Enneagram can provide a greater understanding of the reason why people do certain things, and it is a place for communication and connection.
- The Enneagram can bring incredible transformations by providing awareness and insight into an individual's habits, strengths, and blind spots.
- The enneagram can be used to unpack team dynamics and identify dominant and missing traits. It can also be used to understand communication and feedback within a team, which is essential for trust and progress.
- Ali's advice for someone feeling stuck in their life or business is to know yourself on a deeper level and strip away external expectations and limiting beliefs that may not be true. This can be achieved through self-reflection, spending time alone, and exploring tools like the Enneagram.
- Building a relationship with oneself is important for holding onto personal truths and beliefs, especially in the face of opinions and feedback from others. It is also important to be okay with failing and to use failures as opportunities for growth.
Quote
The greater the relationship you can build with yourself, then the easier it is to hold onto your truths and your beliefs and just simply say, thank you, I appreciate this, but I'm gonna try it this way.
