Time management is so important in meeting the goals you have for yourself! In this episode, we talk about the importance of exercise and finding time for yourself. We talk about changing little parts of your lifestyle to allow for more time to complete other important tasks like exercise and proper nutrition. We also discuss reasons why CrossFit may be an optimal fitness program for those with a busy schedule, those that don’t know what to do in the gym and those that are needing some accountability to get into the gym.
