It was directed by Tony Richardson and it stars Albert Finney, Susannah York, Hugh Griffith, Edith Evans and Joan Greenwood. It was nominated in ten categories and it won four awards: Best Director, Best Score, Best Adapted Screenplay and, of course, Best Picture.
