Misère is a game you play to lose and Agent Keen is now playing Red's game hard. But who will lose in the end?

Case Profile for Misère

#BooneIsBack! This week we see the triumphant return of Agent Elizabeth Keen, well 3 months ago anyways as the inevitable recap show of the season is upon us. But this is not like any other recap show you have seen in the past. This week we see what has happened since the disappearance of Liz back in episode 4 but from her point of view. We relive some moments from earlier in the season but are exposed to new ones as well. The scar makes a comeback and we find out that line about getting it at age 14 from the pilot...it was a LIE!

But in all the fun bits and interesting encounters between Townsend and Liz, the most interesting are the encounters Liz has with herself as she manifests her subconscious in the form of the former Mr. Kaplan played by Susan Blommaert. She helps convince Liz that she needs to be as ruthless if not more so than Red if she wants any chance of beating him once and for all. But how far Liz goes will leave shocked.

Be sure to answer our profiling question of the week: Who is more a fault for Anne's accident, Red or Liz? Visit our feedback page to leave a response or call +1 (304) 837-2278.

Misère in Pictures

Here are a just a few of our favorite scenes from this week.

The Music for Misère

New Music this week brings us “Fa-Fa-Fa” from Datarock playing as the back track for the plan explanation from Liz to Skip and Esi. There is also what sounds like a haunting russian lullabye when we see kaplan again and then replays later in the episode.

We also get last week’s songs again with “How Low” by Jose Gonazlés as we see the police station scene again and the chat between Kaplan and Liz (or is it Liz and Liz) in the car. Then “Angel of the Morning” by Merrilee Rush plays once more as Red returns to the house (again) for the showdown with Elizabeth.

You can hear these songs via the official Blacklist playlist on Spotify or the same playlist recreated by us on Apple Music.
