In this week's episode of Mind Over Motherhood, I am sharing an interview I recently did with Katie Cannon as part of her online summit, How to Build a Health and Fitness Brand Online in 2021.

When Katie approached me to be a guest on the summit, her question was simple: how can entrepreneurs build a business and maintain their mental health at the same time?

The truth is entrepreneurship is a wild, exhilarating and demanding endeavour. Without boundaries, systems, checks and balances, it is easy to let the passion and drive for your business turn your life into a vortex of working, hustling and stressing.

In this brief interview, I shared with Katie and her summit attendees some of the most effective strategies I have to help manage time, balance competing priorities and work in alignment with neuroscience, so that we can create a business without damaging our mental health.

Tune in and let me know you're listening! Screenshot/tag and share on your social media!
