The British Comedy Reserve features digging through the gold mine of British comedy, be it on tv, film, radio, stage or wherever we can be bothered to find it. Laurie Owen dives into the history and ideas around the classic and the cult comedies to find overlooked gems. Richard is also there, apparently.

This episode features the channel 4 comedy series 'flowers' by writer and director Will Sharpe, staring Mighty Boost star Julian Barratt, OSCAR WINNING ACTRESS Olivia Colman (whoooo yeh my girl!) Sophia Di martini and Daniel Rigby. Not only is it funny, but the characters are top notch and its one of the best shows about mental health you're likely to see.

Seriously though, its genuinely one of the best comedies Laurie and Richard have ever seen. its because of this show, and the long conversations is began, that the british comedy reserve exists.
