Let's talk about the business of wellness…

My guest today is Nick Green, Co-Founder & CEO of Thrive Market, a members-only online market that makes healthy living easy and accessible for families across the US. Since launching in 2014, the DTC business has raised over $300 million, attracted over a million paying members, and provided a million free memberships to low-income individuals, teachers, veterans, and more recently, health care workers and first responders.

In this episode, Nick shares his journey of building a mission-driven business that has social impact at its heart. We hear what it’s like not to be taken seriously by investors, and how this changed with the rise of the conscious consumer. Nick also talks about building resilience as an entrepreneur and why you need to connect to your vision and accept failures as part of your journey to success.
