Justin Holroyd served 14 years in the USMC before an unknown medical condition prompted an unexpected early retirement. Justin had to get a pacemaker installed. Justin played in and was project manager for the USMC Fleet Band where he played the trombone. Christopher’s current research focuses on broadband policy and deployment in the US, specifically in rural areas.
