Hey Fandom! Welcome back for another episode of Challenge Trash Talk Roundtable here on The Challenge Fandom Podcast with your hosts Rick, Corrina, Tony and this week we have Katie back with us for another recap! We got together to break down our thoughts on MTV's The Challenge season 39 "Battle for a New Champion" episode 5 "Countdown to Chaos". We kick off the episode with our typical episode grade and rating for the title of the episode. Then we start breaking down Nurys and Jay's plans for what they think is to come, entering the Chaos level, how we feel about pairs being randomized, Corey Lay's strategy VS James' strategy in the daily challenge, TJ Lavin putting Corey and Ravyn on the spot, what we think Corey should have done in the moment and production breaks the illusion of TV for the drama?! Lastly we break into whether we prefer real or fake clubs on the show, why we don't get bus scenes anymore, how we are feeling about the Nurys and Horacio hookup, and what is up with Ciarran not knowing who Jordan is?! In Part 2 we start by discussing our thoughts on the deliberation location, did Asaf screw himself similar to Chauncey and Jessica, how we feel about the draw, what we would have liked to see go down in this elimination, Jordan's IG video describing how the elimination actually went VS the edit we were shown, Emanuel turning his back on Jordan and so much more!
