Kayla Cruz Having graduated college at the age of 20, Kayla Cruz was quickly exposed to the corporate world and the many challenges that young professionals face. Needing a place to sort out her workplace frustrations, at 21 she became the founder of millennial career and lifestyle blog, Gen Y Girl. Through her writing, she hopes to inspire young people everywhere to succeed in their career and personal lives. Stacey Ferreira At 18, Stacey co-founded MySocialCloud.com, a technology startup that stores usernames and passwords for automatic login to any website. One year later, she and the MySocialCloud team raised just under $1 million from Sir Richard Branson, Jerry Murdock and Alex Welch. Now she is co-creating a book and community called 2 Billion Under 20 that brings together some of the world's most inspirational teens under 20. Randi Sundquist Originally from Elko, Nevada, Randi Sundquist is 23 years old and a graduate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a degree in journalism and media studies. Randi traveled the state in 2012 as Miss Nevada of the Miss America Organization, where she utilized her title to promote her personal platform entitled, “Preventing Youth Violence and Bullying.”
