This week, to close out 2018, we have a solo episode musing on the importance of asking "why?" As 2018 closes and 2019 is about to begin, we discuss the importance of understanding our own "why" and being comfortable with asking why of the coaching and education advice we see on a daily basis. Can we enter the new year more equipped to discern the "real deal" from the snake oil?
