This week, The Coaching Journey Podcast is excited to welcome Tiffany Weimer and Adelaide Gay from Duktig Brand on the show! We sat down with the founders at the United Soccer Coaches Convention in Chicago this year, and had a great discussion with a range of pertinent topics. On today's episode we talk about Adelaide and Tiffany's path as professional players, spanning continents and countries. Talking about the persistence needed, we look at how their playing background helped give life to Duktig Brand and look at what needs to happen to promote more female players and coaches in the game. Both offer a great, real, and honest insight into their world and they aren't afraid to talk about the things they see that piss them off in the game.
