Apex Chiropractic was created by Dr. Kristen and her husband Dr. Jared Spitz who run the practice together. In our episode today we dive into how Dr. Kristen got started in Chiropractics after leaving college, and the journey she took in following her brother and sister in laws footsteps to become a nervous system focused Chiropractor!
Dr. Kristen shares how she focuses on a holistic approach, and works with other doctors in her network and community to give her patients the best care possible. Dr. Kristen also has her own bakery business making sourdough which you’ll hear a bit about in this episode as well!
