Primoz Roglic took a commanding lead at the Vuelta a España, winning the stage 10 time trial to take over the red jersey from Nairo Quintana.

Richard Moore and Daniel Friebe report from Pau and ask whether the race is now Roglic’s to lose. We hear from another Slovenian, the 20-year-old winner of Sunday’s mountain stage, Tadej Pogačar.

Pogačar put in another strong ride and remains fifth overall, but at such a young age, will he finish the three-week race? We hear from his sports director Neil Stephens and Jeroen Swart, head of medicine at his team, UAE-Emirates.

There are the latest instalments from our audio diarists, Nick Schultz and James Knox, who was 15th on the stage and moved into the top 20 on general classification.
