Rick "Elvis" Parker was a street hustler who became an entrepreneur and flamboyant boxing promoter from Orlando, Florida. He had aspirations of becoming the next Don King. He promoted such fighters as George Foreman, "Smokin" Bert Cooper, and former NFL star, Mark Gastineau. However, things took a sinister turn when of his boxers Tim "Doc" Anderson crashed his hopes of "The Windfall Effect", Parker swore revenge that would ultimately have deadly consequences.
