In this episode…

EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization) forum deep dives allow entrepreneurs to identify and analyze their most pressing concerns. Yet, many find these conversations intimidating and struggle to voice their problems. So, how can you maximize the value of deep dives?

EO forum coaches consult with presenters before each presentation to identify the pain point of the deep dive topic. These experts can also help facilitate the presentation by deconstructing each subject to its core component for the presenter and audience members’ benefit. According to Colton Mulligan, the goal is not to solve your problem but rather to help you reflect on your situation and weigh the possible options by asking precise, open-ended questions.

Tune in to this episode as Robert Hartline sits down with Colton Mulligan of FoxFuel Creative and Eric Jackson of Element 47 to discuss coaching an EO forum deep dive. Together, they describe the critical aspects of coaching and how to facilitate the process, the difference between open and live coaching, and how to foster new forum relationships.
