JJ Rosen is the Chief Manager of Atiba, a leading managed service provider offering web design, software development, and IT consulting services. Founded in 1992, Atiba has worked with over 1,600 clients nationwide, providing tech services for businesses ranging in size from one to over 10,000 employees. JJ has held multiple roles at the company, including Network Engineer, Developer, and Programmer. He has been a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Nashville Chapter for 12 years.

In this episode…

If you spend countless days and nights behind a desk instead of with your family, it may be time to make a change. Delegating tasks and establishing new roles reduces your businesses’ dependency on you. Yet this requires employing resources and seeking help from peers who have experienced similar challenges. Find out how one overburdened entrepreneur liberated himself of his responsibilities.

After missing out on his children’s growth and crucial life stages, JJ Rosen decided to hire a CEO to manage his business. However, this proved futile as he failed to recognize the strategic planning accompanying this decision, specifically culture alignment and soft skills development. Instead, JJ sought help from his fellow EO members and leveraged EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to restructure his business and expand its roles. EO forums allow you to consider and experiment with various strategies. By presenting a similar problem to your EO forum, you’ll learn valuable experiences and lessons to help you make an informed decision about your business.

In this episode of The Decision, Robert Hartline and Eric Jackson chat with JJ Rosen, Chief Manager of Atiba, about delegating responsibilities to free up your personal life. JJ also shares the value of coaching during an EO forum presentation, the lessons he learned from a failed CEO acquisition, and how to optimize processes to streamline your business.
