Providing DPC to employees as a covered benefit, says Dr Flanagan, yielded promising results in terms of the health of the employees and the cost of care. In the interview they discuss how the arrangement came about, how DPC saved money and improved health for the company and how this experience can be replicated with other companies and DPC practices.
