Food is fuel. Learn to cook with your child and and for your dyslexic child from author of "Easy Read Recipes Cookbook," Leanne Foreman, mother of dyslexic and ADHD children.

Join us for this episode with cookbook author Leanne Foreman who created "Easy Read Recipes" that make it as easy as possible to follow a recipe and eat healthy - specifically, for those with dyslexia and ADHD and as many people as possible.

Leanne's inspiration initially came from wanting to reduce frustration and save time in the kitchen. Then as her children got older, she used what she had learned from her training in Education and Computing, to refine her method so that her ASD/ADHD son and Dyslexic daughter could more easily cook nutritious meals from scratch.

Leanne hopes this new format works for you too; to help bring joy and satisfaction as you cook nourishing meals for yourself and your loved ones.
