He has a small (achievable) audience on TwitterX. He used Bubble.io to build the SaaS. He has an affiliate program. And he got initial traction with Build in Public TwitterX updates while he was building for 12 hours.
This 12 hour Build in Public audience turned into his first customers upon launch of the app a few hours later.
