This episode is about how to actually move through caring about what others think. And the first step is realizing that it’s ok that we do care what others think! And actually accepting that part of ourselves and not judging that part of ourselves is the only way to move through those patterns into the causal emotion that fuels the “caring” which ultimately gets us to a place where we don’t care as much what others think. We will be aware of what others think and feel but none of it will puncture us in the areas we have accept loved and healed. Sounds like a dope place to be for me!
