While Nick, Chad, and myself may be off in the Final Frontier gallivanting around talking about Star Trek, that doesn’t mean that there isn’t stuff going on back home. As we learned a couple of months back, Michael Althouse’s cinematic pile of shame is vast, and believe it or not, this poor hipster hasn’t even seen what is arguably the greatest action movie of all time: Die Hard. In fact, I was so flabbergasted by Mike’s shame that I took a break from my current ten-movie mission to send a long-range transmission back to Earth so I could discuss this cinematic masterpiece and fill him in on the joy’s he’s been missing out on for the last twenty nine years (yeah…Die Hard came out almost thirty years ago – Feelin’ old yet?).
I’m your host and bartender (for all you know) David Snider, and joining me as we take a look back at one of the greatest action films ever made are fellow nerds – and Brothers of the Asian Dawn – Ryan Caldwell and Michael Althouse.
