Netchemia was acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2015. With Edovate, Graham backs impact-focused K12 companies with investment and advisory support, including companies like Pear Deck (acquired by GoGuardian), LearnPlatform (acquired by Instructure), ClassWallet, Paper, and more.
