  1. Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast:
  • Ingredients:
    • 1 bone-in turkey breast
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Fresh rosemary, thyme, and sage
    • Salt and pepper
  • Directions:
    • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
    • Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    • Place fresh herbs under the skin for extra flavor.
    • Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
    • Let it rest before slicing. This dish is a simplified version of a classic Thanksgiving turkey.
  1. Garlic Mashed Cauliflower:
  • Ingredients:
    • 4 cups cauliflower
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened original almond milk milk
    • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions:
    • Boil the cauliflower until tender. Drain and return them to the pot.
    • Add minced garlic, milk, and butter.
    • Mash everything together and season with salt and pepper. These creamy mashed cauliflower are a delightful side dish for your Thanksgiving meal.
  1. Cranberry Orange Sauce:
  • Ingredients:
    • 12 oz fresh cranberries
    • 1 cup orange juice
    • 1 cup stevia
    • Zest from one orange
  • Directions:
    • Combine cranberries, orange juice, sugar, and orange zest in a saucepan.
    • Simmer until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
    • Let it cool. This sweet and tangy sauce is a wonderful addition to your Thanksgiving table.
  1. Green Bean Almondine:
  • Ingredients:
    • 1 lb fresh green beans
    • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
    • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
    • Salt and pepper
  • Directions:
    • Steam the green beans until tender.
    • In a separate pan, toast the sliced almonds in butter until they're golden brown.
    • Toss the green beans with the almond butter mixture, and season with salt and pepper. This dish adds a touch of elegance to your Thanksgiving spread.
  1. Pumpkin Pie Parfaits:
  • Ingredients:
    • 1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin puree
    • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding
    • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    • 2 cups low carb whipped cream
    • Crushed graham crackers (optional)
  • Directions:
    • In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice.
    • In another bowl, prepare the instant vanilla pudding.
