Today’s guests are Independent Financial Advisor Arabella Symons and Associate Director Gemma Wass, both of Harding Financial.

When you leave employment and set up your own business, the focus is usually on how to make that business successful – that’s the area on which I tend to work with business owners.

However, Gemma and Arabella work with business owners on other areas, which we discussed on today’s episode.

The key areas are:
1. Building personal wealth, saving tax and helping to diversify

2. Making the cash within the business work harder

3. Protecting the business

4. Creating a company benefits package their business can be proud of

5. And when it’s the right time, helping them to exit

You can connect with Gemma via https://www.linkedin.com/in/gemma-wass-previously-ryeland-180a3611/ and Arabella via https://www.linkedin.com/in/arabella-symons-dippfs-7a2b93129/ while the Harding Financial website is at https://www.hardingfinancial.co.uk/ .

An important comment from both Gemma and Arabella:

"The information we discussed today is based on our understanding of current legislation and the UK tax system, which are subject to change. It is not intended as advice and should not be used to make financial decisions. You should always seek advice from a professional adviser before making any financial decisions".

If you want to connect with me, to talk about the mentoring and coaching I deliver to small businesses, or if you think you'd be a good guest on the show, please do let me know. You can do that via https://www.linkedin.com/in/enterprisedoctor/ .
