Troy has been in the real estate industry for over 23years now. He knew that real estate was his way to freedom and generational wealth, but didn’t know exactly how to achieve that right off the bat.

As a child, his punishment was painting the house. Ultimately, he became a very good painter, but knew that house flipping was NOT the way he was going to attack real estate.

After much thought, and learning what it was that banks did to make money, he decided to exactly what they do, buy and sell paper. It meant no painting, no fixing toilets, no chasing rents, etc.

Fast forward and he is now raising billions of dollars to buy up performing notes.

Troy walks us through why he chose to raise money from institutions rather than individuals as well as where he thinks the market is going!

Grab his book and visit his website to learn more about his company. You can even pitch your note to his company for purchase there!
