The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society has developed an awareness ministry called Myeloma Ministry. In collaboration with Black Nurses Rock Saint Louis Chapter, a representative from both organizations, attend local churches on Sunday to spread awareness about the blood disease that kill blacks twice as much as whites.
