Our next guest is someone who is not just making a significant impact in the realm of women’s health but also a highly inspirational athlete who has clocked half ironman challenges, 100km Ultra trails, cross-continental swimming, among others. Join me, as I have a conversation with Helene Guillaume – Founder and CEO of Wild.AI.
Wild.AI is a research based app that helps women eat, exercise, and sleep based on their physiological cycle – be it if they are menstruating, or being on birth control, or heading into menopause. Wild.AI’s team includes Olympic coaches, and are endorsed by Paula Radcliffe, and is also advised by female physiology legend Dr. Stacy Sims.
Helene sheds light on the physiology of women, and how these factors change the eating patterns, sleep patterns. She also shares granular insights on women’s health and wellness and technology, and the potential future convergence between technology and women’s health.
