Read this if you want to not why it’s not important to be effective. In this episode, Martin shares the single thing that is more important than the best life hacks, habits, procedures, etc.

The FindFocus Show – Pareto Summary

In the past, Martin thought it’s important to reach his goals most effectively. He discovered that goals are important, but character goals are more important.

Doing things right does only matter if this is aligned with the type of person you want to become.

That means sometimes it’s important to do things just for the sake of doing them.

Example: Showing up for a workout if you are ill or tired.

An ineffective workout will not build muscle but willpower muscle.

This is much more important in the long run.

You are building the identity of a person that is fit and strong.

Martin started this process a few days ago and is already seeing progress in other areas of his life.

Think about:

Where in your life do you need to show up more consistently to build the right character?
