President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden, spent much of the week in a Wilmington, Delaware court with his federal gun charges front and center. Hunter's defense attorney devoted his time to trying to prove that his client was not a habitual drug user when he purchased a handgun back in 2018. Despite witnesses and text messages with evidence suggesting that Hunter was using crack, the defense team remains adamant that wasn't the case. FOX News Washington-based correspondent David Spunt explains how the President's son's legal issues will impact the 2024 Presidential Election.

Tensions in Washington, D.C. are high as some of the highest-profile officials were in front of Congress panels this week. Former Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Dr. Anthony Fauci addressed a House Committee denying he attempted to cover up the possibility of a COVID-19 lab leak, while Attorney General Merrick Garland was voted to be held in contempt of Congress for how the DOJ has become "politicized and weaponized" under his leadership. FOX News Senior Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergram weighs in on both hearings and analyzes the current political landscape on Capitol Hill.
