As this week is National Apprenticeship Week 2023 here in the UK, I share with you my love for Mentoring and the huge benefits that come from investing in an apprenticeship and / or mentoring scheme for your business.
I believe that by investing in an apprentice and mentor, you can have the certainty that you’re building and developing your own in-house expertise, and the peace of mind that everything is under control as you do that.
