Aram is primarily a personal trainer, and has been in the fitness industry for over a decade. He initially found his way into the gym as a means to avoid commute traffic for his 9 to 5 finance job, and coaching quickly followed as his coworkers began to turn to him for advice. Aram was open and frank about his experience growing up as a Russian immigrant in an upper middle class neighborhood of Connecticut.
