We all want our kids to be as good as they can be at their chosen sport. Playing the sport over and over may not be the best way to do this. In this episode Darren talks about why specializing in sport too early can be bad and suggests solutions on how to structure kids' fitness from an early age or when they are playing a lot of a particular sport.
