Founder and Director of Malting and Roasting Operations of Epiphany Craft Malt, Sebastian Wolfrum, joined us in this episode to talk about his background in producing malt, the science behind the malting process, and how his company uses various kilning and roasting techniques to create unique flavors enjoyed from some of your favorite local breweries!
Originally from Germany, Sebastian has a wealth of experience not only as a maltster but also as a brewmaster.
