The feeling of shame around sensuality is extremely common for those with religious and/or conservative backgrounds. Our guest this week, Tammy Hill is a relationship and sexuality educator, coach, and licensed marriage and family therapist. In 2014, she was asked to teach and develop relationship and sexuality courses for BYU. Her classes became very popular and after 9 years of teaching she just retired from that role.

On this episode, Tammy discusses the dynamic religion plays in marriges and how to bridge the gap from shame to sexual fulliment. She now has her own podcast “Live Your Why” and does private coaching as well as retreats and events. Tammy recently released her book ““Replenish: Creating Sexual Fulfillment in Marriage”. This is a comprehensive guide to help LDS couples sexually unite in both conversation and practice.
