Her life has been filled with obstacles from being a people pleaser, to losing her identity and lacking self-love. She created her signature“Fresh” start coaching program for mothers after overcoming 13 years of depression and 3 hospitalizations. She works with them to create strategies to transform the chaos and overwhelm of life into clarity and confidence with a smile. A SMILE is a sleep, mood, inner voice, laughter, and energy. She is passionate about mental wellness and speaks on various platforms to raise global awareness to combat the problem of mothers who are suffering in silence. She advocates daily as an author, podcast host, and tv producer of “Reel life without excuses” on the Zondra TV Network.
