In this weeks episode, I’m sharing my little tips and tricks that help me to feel like myself again when I get a period of brain fog (which happens quite often). These tips won’t necessarily work for everyone, but hopefully one or more of these little habits help you to reach out of your fog too. Obviously it goes without saying that I’m not an expert but these are things which personally help me a lot when I need to reset a bit.
