Jennifer Njuguna is a licensed attorney and SHRM Senior Certified Professional, and has served as COO at Common Future for just over 2 years. She was instrumental at implementing a pilot 4-day workweek program at Common Future, and continues to see it's benefits for staff and for herself personally. Prior to Common Future, Jennifer has worked as a strategic and operational leader in education and community-focused organization in New York City.

Common Future is a social impact nonprofit working towards building a future where all people - no matter their race and class - have power, choice, and ownership over the economy. Learn more about their important work here.
